Consulting-Specifying Engineer's recognition programs include:

* ARC Awards: entries due Aug. 29, 2008  
Consulting-Specifying Engineer’s seventh annual Advancing, Reinvigorating, and Cultivating excellence in engineering (ARC Awards) awards projects for new construction and for renovation/reconstruction. In doing so, the achievements demonstrated by the winning projects stand out in the engineering community. Recipients receive a trophy for display in reception areas or board rooms, a feature article in Consulting-Specifying Engineer’s December issue, and press kit for spreading the word in their future business-development and recruiting efforts.

Consulting-Specifying Engineer's fourth annual Product of the Year awards recognizes the top MEP products of the past year. Manufacturers entered products released during the previous year in order to win gold, silver, or bronze distinction. A Consulting-Specifying Engineer panel of judges selected three finalists in each category, highlighted in the May Specifiers Guide, and subscribers’ votes distinguish the gold, silver, and bronze winners, which will be released in CSE's September issue. 

* 40 Under 40: Read all about the 40 Under 40
New in 2008, Consulting-Specifying Engineer will recognize the 40 people under the age of 40 who are the emerging leaders in engineering practice, research, and education. 

* 2008 Giants 100: Published in the August issue
Consulting-Specifying Engineer's annual Giants 100 list presents the top MEP firms, listed by revenue. The Giants 100 is presented as a special section in the August issue. The Giants 100 list is one of the most popular portions of Consulting-Specifying Engineer's Web site; it is used by many engineering firms to track their growth and prominence.
